The largest & most in depth project I have worked on was the Corporate Headquarters of The Heritage NIS Bank for Savings located at 330 Whitney Ave., Holyoke, Massachusetts, which encompassed a total of 45,000 sq. ft. The bank occupied the sixth, seventh & eighth floors of an eight story office building constructed by the Pyramid Company. The client decide on an open budget which escalated to approximately $1.5 million. The FF&E specifications included manufacturers such as Baker, Knapp & Tubbs, Brayton, Cumberland, Harden, Helikon, Herman Miller Ethospace & Action Office, Keilhauer, Kron & LaBarge. This budget also included accessories, artwork, plants & signage. As Senior Interior Designer on this project, I was responsible for the space planning of all three floors, the specifications of the above mentioned FF&E, preparing presentation boards as well as project management & coordination between the Architect, Contractor & Client in reference to Interior Design Services.
